01 Introduction

Twinstack takes your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use this website.

02 Data we collect

Information you provide

When you use the contact form or write to us, we may collect:

  • First and last name
  • Work email address
  • Company name and phone number, if you give them
  • Project type and the content of your message

Analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics (Vercel Analytics) that collect anonymised, aggregated usage data: device and browser type, country-level region, pages visited and referral source.

We do not store full IP addresses and do not use advertising trackers. The contact form uses your IP address briefly, in memory, to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored.

03 Why we process it

  • To answer business enquiries and discuss projects
  • To monitor site performance and improve the interface

04 Legal basis (GDPR)

For visitors in the European Economic Area, we process data on the basis of your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in running a secure, fast website.

05 Security and sharing

We use standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information. We never sell, trade or rent your personal data.

Data is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to host this site and store messages (Vercel and Supabase).

06 Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Write to contact@twin-stack.com.
